Wooden Nickel Program

To encourage you to cooperate in achieving treatment goals we offer a fun incentive program. As you know, your cooperation directly affects your treatment time and results. The wooden nickel program is our way of increasing the fun during your orthodontic treatments.

How Does It Work?

You can earn up to three (3) wooden nickels at each regularly scheduled appointment, if:

• You kept our last appointment, and arrived on time for your current appointment.
• Your oral hygiene grade is good or excellent.
• You have no lost, broken, or loose braces, wires or other appliances; and you have followed instructions in wearing elastics, headgear, removable appliances, etc.

What Can You Earn?

After you have acquired twenty (20) wooden nickels, you can cash them in for a gift certificate of your choice.

When Does It Start?

Your chance to earn your nickels starts at your next appointment! We are really excited about this fun program, and hope you will enjoy participating. Remember, everyone can earn rewards! Please feel welcome to ask any of the staff if you have any questions about our wooden nickel program.
